Need help logging in?
Where do I log in?
You're here. Sign in with your email address or username and your password — you don't need to enter a Social Security number. If you arrived from a Paycom app, sign in here and we'll send you back to it automatically.
How do I change my username or password?
On this page, use Forgot username to have it sent to a verified email address or phone, and Forgot password to start a reset. Once you're signed in, change either from Account → Security → Password.
I lost access to my authenticator or phone. Can I still sign in?
Yes, as long as you have another way in. Choose Forgot password to open recovery, and you'll be offered any factors still on your account — an email code, an SMS or voice code, or your authenticator app. If none of those are reachable, contact your company's HR or IT team. Paycom can't reset a second factor on your behalf.
What does Paycom do to secure my account?
Passwords are stored with strong hashing and checked against known breach databases when you set them. You can enable multi-factor authentication — an authenticator app, passkey, SMS or voice code, email code, or biometric Quick Login in a Paycom mobile app. Too many failed sign-ins lock the account for 30 minutes. Every active session and trusted device is visible under Account → Sessions and Account → Trusted devices, and you can revoke any of them at any time. Full details are in Paycom's security standards.
My phone number changed or is no longer in use. Can you help me sign in?
Sign in with another factor you still have — an authenticator app, passkey, or email code — then update your number under Account → Phones. If you can't get in at all, contact your company's HR or IT team.
I work for two companies that use Paycom. Can I use both accounts?
One Paycom Access account gets you into every Paycom app your employer has connected — you don't need a separate sign-in per app. If you truly have two separate Paycom Access accounts (for example, jobs at two different employers), sign out and sign back in with the other one; there's no in-page account switcher at this layer.
General Questions
Is my information secure?
Paycom Access is the sign-in for Paycom's apps — it holds your credentials, not your payroll or HR records. Passwords are hashed and the apps you sign in to never see them; multi-factor authentication is available; and all traffic is encrypted in transit and at rest. See Paycom's security standards for the full picture.
Is there a mobile app I should download?
Paycom Access itself is a web sign-in — there's no separate Paycom Access app to install. Paycom's mobile apps live in the App Store and Google Play. Install the one your employer uses and open it, and it will bring you here to sign in.
Can you remove me from your mailing list?
Paycom Access only sends account-related messages — verification codes, password resets, and security alerts — which can't be turned off while your account is active. Marketing email comes from a different Paycom system; use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any such message, or the contact form on paycom.com.

After you submit the form, you (or the person authorized to act on your behalf) will receive a response by email, and any further exchange is conducted through a secure portal.
How soon can Paycom fulfill my request?
Requests are handled promptly and in accordance with the privacy laws that apply where you live.
